Your Resistance Wear Clothing has a 20-60 pound cloth resistance band designed into the fabric of the clothing across the thighs, adding constant tension to every movement. Just wearing Resistance Wear Clothing offers a convenient and comfortable way to activate more muscles, increase workout intensity, and burn more calories and fat.

Oh you will KNOW! You will notice immediately your leg muscles activating, muscles begins to respond to the tension by warming up and feeling like they are being worked out! The leggings and shorts should fit snug but comfortable. The band should rest about 3-3.5 inches above the knee.

The technical difference between the 20 pounds and 60 pounds is the tension of the band.

The 20-30 are great for all day wear, long distance runs and walks, yoga, endurance exercises, cardio workouts, and anytime you simply want to activate your muscles and get a better caloric burn.

The 40-60 can be worn all day as well, but they will activate and engage your muscles faster and with more intensity. They are great for gym workouts, CrossFit, HIIT routines, Barre, speed training, strength training, and short running or walking routines where your goal is intensity over endurance.

RWC is made from a moisture wicking eco friendly material. The bands inside the pants are made using a cloth resistance band.

Yes, These bands are completely sewn into the fabric so they do not touch your skin and they do not twist, turn or fall down.

You should be able to stand up and move around freely. The band should rest about 3-3.5 inches above the knee and should be taut.

The waistband should hug the top of your hips.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Resistance Wear Clothing resistance, you may contact pamela@resistancewearclothing.com. Your refund will be processed 48hrs after the item is received and inspected by our returns department. The product must be in the original packaging with the original tags and must be unworn.

In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please use this link to request an exchange. The exchange is 100% no cost to you.

Starting from the date your item(s) are purchased, if unsatisfied for any reason, simply send the items back to Resistance Wear Clothing for a full refund of the purchase price in an Resistance Wear Clothing credit or your money refunded. Items must be returned in the same condition. You must provide your original email receipt to get Resistance Wear Clothing credit or money refunded. Resistance Wear Clothing credit does not expire.

SHIPPING:
Shipping for all domestic returns and exchanges will be done at no charge.

International returns shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer when returning items. All refunds will be issued via the payment method used for the original transaction. Items that are not returned within 30 days of receipt are no longer eligible for return, only an exchange for qualified reasons.

RETURNED CONDITION POLICY:
For an item to qualify for a full refund under the 30-day guarantee, the item must be returned in the same condition as purchased. In the event that an item is not returned in the same condition, a restocking fee of 20% (twenty percent) will be applied and deducted from your refund.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS:
In the event that an incorrect item is shipped, or an order arrives broken or damaged, please notify us immediately. We will issue a pre-paid return label and work diligently to provide either a replacement item or full refund in these instances. In the case of shipping damage, we may ask that you provide photos of the product and shipping container in order to facilitate a FedEx damage claim.

RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS:
Items that are not returned within 30 days of receipt are no longer eligible for return, only an exchange for qualified reasons.

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

After placed your order, you should have received an email with a tracking link.

Packages marked as “delivered” but have not been received are presumed to be stolen. If this happens, you may file a claim five days after the “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days after to ensure the package was not misdelivered or found elsewhere on the premises.

Packages marked as “not delivered” are presumed to be lost and claims must be filed seven days after the last checkpoint (in the US and Canada; after 20 days for other international countries) but no longer than 30 days after.

To maintain the integrity of your Resistance Wear Clothing, wash them in warm water, in a regular cycle, with mild detergent. Do not bleach. Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.

Your Resistance Wear Clothing should last a minimum of 5 years. This greatly depends on how often they are worn and if they are cared for properly.

To increase the lifespan of your Resistance Wear Clothing, wash them in warm water in a regular or gentle cycle using low spin. Use mild detergent. Do not bleach. You can tumble dry with no heat or hang or lay flat to dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean.
