Should you encounter any problems with your order, contact us!
ORDERS
After your order, you should have received an email stating your product has shipped with a tracking link. In the event that a shipment is missing, we will contact the shipping company and help track down your missing package. If you believe your package could be stolen from a placement on a porch or open area, we suggest selecting signature required when ordering.
Shipping cost on all returns are not refundable.
SHIPPING
Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
PRODUCT & STOCK
From time to time we are out of stock on items. If you order an item that is out of stock, please contact us at pamela@resistancewearclothing.com We will get you a time line for the next shipment from our factory.
In the rare event that you receive a defective product, please use this link to start the exchange: https://resistancewearclothing.com/pages/return-policy The exchange is 100% no cost to you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We understand that sometimes sizing can be difficult ordering online. If for any reason you do not like your purchase, it doesn't fit or simply wasn't what you expected, send it back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund!
Please make sure all tags are attached and the product has not been worn or used.
RETURN TIME FRAME: Your refund will be processed 48hrs after the item is received and inspected by our returns department. Depending on your payment method it may take up to 10 business days to show on your statement.
